Personal profiles and Facebook groups are very effective aspects of the platform (there are also Facebook ads that I will show later).

Instagram

Instagram is used by 31% of American women and 24% of men. 59% of users are between the ages of 18 years old and 29 years old and 33% of users are between the ages from 30 years old to 49 years old.

The platform is primarily focused on photos and videos and the ability to create public posts, live videos and send private messages.

Twitter

Social network Twitter has 37% of users ages 18 years old to 29 years old and 25% of users ages from 30 years old to 49 years old. 24% of users are male and 21% of users are female.

Linkedin

In recent years, LinkedIn has expanded its platform and it is now a powerful channel for effective online marketing if you want to reach businesses and employees.

28% of Linkedin users are male and 27% are female.

According to research, 44% of Linkedin users make more than $75,000 per year. Linkedin now has a “wall” and a “feed” similar to how Facebook works. In addition, there are groups for you to join and post as a powerful private messaging system.

Meetup

This is not a traditional social media platform. Instead of 100% online interaction, Meetup.com facilitates offline interaction by allowing you to create local groups. I still see Meetup as an effective online marketing channel because most of the organization and recruiting takes place online.

Remember that building a paid advertising funnel is much harder than you think.

Not only does it take a long time to test, it also takes a decent amount of money to set up and scale up.

However, if you have the money and take risks, this is definitely an online marketing strategy that you should pursue.

Here are the most effective types of online marketing you should try.

  1. PPC Advertising

I talked earlier about content marketing and SEO with the goal of gaining high positions in search engines like Google.

Yes, if you have the money, you just need to buy good positions.

PPC stands for “pay per click”. You buy an ad position based on keywords and pay for each time someone clicks on a specific page you want them to visit.

You can buy PPC ads on most major search engines like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.

Facebook is a particularly popular place to run PPC ads because of Facebook’s very advanced targeting options and ad types.

  1. Social media advertising

If you are working to increase your social media audience, you can use paid online social media advertising to increase your followers.

For example, you can run ads to get more subscribers on Youtube.

Once upon a time, people would pay to appear on Facebook and build followers of their Facebook page. However, I do not recommend doing this because it can reduce the organic reach of pages.

You can use this method if all you care about is your brand image. It will not have any other purpose.

  1. Re – targeting advertising

One of the most effective and easy to get started is re-targeting advertising, also known as remarketing.

Facebook and Google are the two most popular platforms for re-targeting advertising. This is an advertising method that allows you to show your ad content specifically to people who have visited your website.

You can even run ads only for people who have visited a specific page on your website.

If you’ve ever visited a big page like the Victoria Secret or something. Then their ads start following you on the internet (on news sites, Facebook, …), you have seen the re-targeting works.

Re-targeting is as simple as placing a line of code on your website, setting up some custom audiences, creating ads and setting your budget.

You can re-targeting for as little as $5 a day and it works great because you’re running ads with a better audience – at least once interested in your brand.

  1. Sponsor Podcasts

I told you how to use podcasts effectively to build KLT, and I also recommend you, if possible, be a guest of certain podcasts in your market if you don’t want to start with your own podcast.

However, that is not the only option. Most major podcasts on the market have sponsorships that you can spend on them.

They will make an ad to bring your product or service to their audience as a proposal.

It is one of the highly effective forms of online marketing that the essence of podcasts is that their audience is organized and nurtured.

One more thing that I recommend when using this method is that instead of calling the audience to your website, ask them to text a code to the company’s phone number to receive preferential details. The reason is because most users are listening to podcasts on their phones and on the go.

So, this is not only convenient but you also get their phone number, email. You can then use SMS marketing and email marketing to track until the sale.

  1. Influencer Advertising

We live in an era of online technology. This is an era where anyone can build a large following on social media or the internet in general.

If these people tell their audience to buy something, their audience will buy it. If they tell their audience to follow someone, their audience will follow that person.

Of course, it’s not 100% true but they do have a lot of influence. Understanding this, it’s no surprise that influencers sell their influence to marketers. You can pay some influential people to mention your product or brand thereby generating sales.

Although paying influencers is a good idea to motivate you and generate sales. However, besides that you can also build relationships with them to open the door of cooperation.

If you have an audience of 50,000 and collaborate with someone who has an audience of 100,000 or 150,000, you will see huge profits in your followers and much higher sales.

However, famous influencers will not want to collaborate if you are nobody. It doesn’t make much economic sense to them (unless they like you).

  • If you have 1000 followers, find someone who has 3,000 – 5,000 followers and collaborate with them.
  • Similarly, if you have up to 5000 followers, look for people with 10,000 or 15,000 followers.

Each time you implement this campaign, you will have a large number of followers on your own project.

Tip: Creating a podcast is a great way to connect with influencers. Start by getting them involved in your shows and introducing them to your audience, then start building relationships.

  1. Take advantage of Affiliates

One of the common ways the joint venture model is affiliate marketing. It gives you the percentage of sales to promote the product.

For regular products, the commission is usually less than 20%.

You can blog about your application. Sometimes you are invited to talk about podcast applications and use them for joint ventures.

It is not just marketing. That app could be a direct source of business revenue. Even a free app can potentially generate tons of revenue with ads or in-app purchases. It is an add-on or upgrade utility for paid versions within the application.

Each type of tool will give you lots of different options.

For example: You need to find an email marketing service provider to implement this method properly. However, they all have different features, options, and prices, so which one should you choose?

You should seek advice from those who came before to make the best decision.

Currently there are many online marketing templates that I think are too bulky. In my opinion the best way to do this is:

  1. Know what all your options are – market survey
  2. Get advice from someone who truly understands your business and goals to get you on the right track instead of wasting too much time and money.
